The Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is a professional who has achieved the highest ranking in integrating and advancing the Lean Six Sigma philosophy, methodologies, and tools. A Master Black Belt must demonstrate exceptional Lean Six Sigma project leadership and culture change management knowledge and implementation skills.
After completing this course, participants will develop the skills necessary to become Lean Six Sigma implementation leaders and apply agile work tools and advanced quality tools to guide long-term culture change and positively influence business results.
Lean Six Sigma Certification is managed by our partner institution, the Lean Six Sigma Institute (LSSI). Since 1998, LSSI has trained over 50,000 Lean Six Sigma professionals and helped more than 400 manufacturing, logistics, and service organizations from dozens of industries successfully implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Duration (160 hours)
Includes the 40-hour Yellow Belt course, the 40-hour Green Belt , and the 40-hour Black Belt certification courses.
