Green Belt Certification

A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional who is trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools and is capable of implementing and sustaining high-impact projects. As a change agent, a Green Belt should dedicate 20% of his/her time to developing improvement initiatives and leading project teams.

During this certification program, you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to identify, develop and lead Lean Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC problem-solving methodology. Green Belts have a thorough understanding of the everyday practices needed to sustain a continuous improvement culture and manage processes in all areas of an organization.

Lean Six Sigma Certification is managed by our partner institution, the Lean Six Sigma Institute (LSSI). Since 1998, LSSI has trained over 50,000 Lean Six Sigma professionals and helped more than 400 manufacturing, logistics, and service organizations from dozens of industries successfully implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
