The Train the Trainer Workshop is designed to assist beginner practitioners become more familiar with their presentation materials, both in knowledge and presentation skills and techniques. Each slide is reviewed for its content, why it is important and needs to be presented, and most importantly how one relates the material on the slide to the many different projects and team member compositions that they will encounter.

Participants are video taped while making presentations. The reply of the video is critiqued by the individual making the presentation, other participants and by the facilitator.

Normally this workshop is three days in length, but the time can vary depending on the number of participants.

Participants should have their own presentation material. The Advanced Value Group is prepared to help supplement participants material, but in no way should participants expect a complete set of AVG presentation materials.
